Toronto obviously feels they can make the Finals...worry about GS once they get there, but making the Finals is a really big deal, especially for a city that hasn't been there recently.

But, there is a ton of merit to, what could they now get from the Lakers? If you can turn DeRozan, a goodgreat player but not superstar into 2 of the Lakers prospects and a pick from them....so basically Derozan for 2 really good young players and 2 first round picks, I think that puts them in a great position moving forward. Obviously they don't get that window in 2018 but sets them up really well long-term.

Of course, they hope they pull a Paul George and keep him but I highly doubt that given Leonards position now compared to PG's when he was traded last year.

On the other side of it, I definitely commend the Lakers for not giving up the farm to the Spurs and trying to create an awesome situation for 5-10 years by not blowing their load this year...but if they can only deal 2 of Ball, Ingram, Kuzma, Hart...I think they have to make the move. And if they're on the fence, they too can look at the Paul George situation to justify it.

No one is touching the Celtics in the East. They own it.

If they get all the injured players healthy, I agree.

Florida has turned out to be the worst place the NBA could have gone, but if they stay to themselves maybe they have a chance to be successful.  I am sure the Raptors are working the NBA plan.

They have a school and a hotel to themselves.
