There is online poker legal for U.S. players. Globalpoker.com
They use the fanduel/draftkings loop hole and call it "sweepstakes" games. Every tournament is a "sweepstakes" and every hand in a cash game is it's own "sweepstakes".
Deposits and withdrawals through paypal. When you register you get 10,000 gold coins and free $2 "Sweeps Cash". If you deposit say $20, you get something like 100K gold coins and free $20 in "Sweeps cash".
Gold coins are worthless. But Sweeps Cash is equal to dollars. So you can play games with gold coins, and if you play enough with gold coins it unlocks free roll tournaments where you can win sweeps cash. You can also play games and tournaments with your sweeps cash from $0.02/$0.04 blinds up to $10/$20.
Reviews I've read all say that withdrawal is super easy. and legit. Paypal is fully aware. Customer support speaks perfect english. People say that with the smaller stakes the games have a home game feel and doesn't really attract "pros" who use software to gain an edge. But that might eventually change if the site grows in popularity and with that, the stakes.
I'll give it a shot.

Online poker is making a bit of a comeback from that fateful Black Friday almost 9 years ago. So freaking stupid that it isn't flat legal in every state. Manage it. Tax it. Everybody is happy. Well everybody but a few casino execs (and they are now singing a different tune) and the self righteous do gooders.

Mike Sexton , poker icon, player, and long time host of the World Poker Tour passed away last night. Guy was a class player and I so enjoyed watching him on the WPT. Great commentary that could explain the nuances of the game for us mere mortals to understand.
RIP Mike.
