Can anyone figure out why they're so bad at home??

Rhetorical question obviously, but it's baffling to me.

I'm not ready to say they are, such a SSS with these things... I mean, Dunleavy went off, such a fluke. Then Hibbert and Hill were insane for Indiana in games 3&4. I think it's been more about the other team's having fluke performances so far, than the Wizards playing particularly poorly at home.

I don't know, they haven't been great at home all year..Don't quote me on this, but I thought I heard that they had the worst home record of any playoff team in the regular season.

It's not much. There was a Lady Gaga concert scheduled for the Verizon Center on what turned out to be the same date the Wizards would play a game six in the ECSF. Because even *bleep*ing Monumental S&E didn't think the Wizards could make it that far :P

Yes, I actually did hear that now that you mention it..

so I assume they'll have the show another night, no harm, no foul.

I'm sure there's been a lot of this even from contending teams, else you couldn't schedule any concerts over a two month span in almost any major arena between hockey/basketball playoffs.

Monumental probably thought the Caps were going to go farther after all.

Already happened, the other night. If you suddenly start caring, it's earlier in the thread the GaGa fans reactions to the move. Some out of towners had bought tickets for it and weren't too pleased. One of those on the small print of your ticket, "time and date are subject to change" which no one really thinks about the time they buy their tickets.

Would be nice to get into Hibbert's head early and, hopefully, get him to mentally check-out.

Lemme get two claps and a Ric Flair

That is really the key.  Gortat rattled him last game and it paid big dividends.  The Wizards are a couple of wasted possesions from having won this series.  Had they held on in game 2, I really feel the Pacers may have folded.  Indy really has not dealt well with adversity so a quick start tonight would put all the pressure on the Pacers.

Yeah sure and they could've easily lost Game 2 in the Bulls series and that completely changes the dynamics there.

Very frustrating. This may end up the inverse of game 5.

This game is maddening. Shooters cold again... and a very poor job rebounding.
