Who gets in over Mellette though?

Smith, Jones, Stokley. Doss, Brown.

 

 Would love to know whats up with LaQuan. Hes made the team the last few years because of his ST ability. He hasn't played a snap tonight. Do I take that as him having a spot guaranteed or do I take it as him being on the outside.

 

 

Im starting to think hes got a spot and Harbaugh was going to play Brown, Mellette, and Doss all night at WR with the idea that 2 of them make the cut and one doesn't. We'll see

He was very slow in the first exhibition game, and then they told him to relax and attack more in the second game and he was more instinctual.

 

Hopefully by the bye, things slow down for him and the physical talent takes over.

Not surprising...that hernia surgery set him back early....he will get more time as the season goes on.

Maybe Christian Thompsons lackluster effort to stop a TD late in the 4th quarter will get him cut. 4 game suspension looming will make it that much easier.
