One of my favorite restaurants in the area.
Main one is in Glen Burnie.
Also, the owner is a Mt. St. Joe alum
Nice article on them in the sun

I went in there not that long ago and thought it was good but I was disappointed a little bit by it.
The biggest issue for me were the sauces....none of them really stood out to me as really good tasting.
I want to go back and get something different and see if what I had was the issue.

They have one near me in perry hall. Great food, and an assortment of old school glass bottle soda. Love it.
Ever go to The Harp? Went there for the first time the other day...really fantastic food.

I like all of the sauces, but only a few of them I consider "great".

We recently reached out to them about being a Sponsor. They informed they don't do advertising. However, they were extremely gracious and provided us with coupons for samples. Since they had been profiled in the Business Journal last November, they were aware of our recent profile, and had some kind words there as well.
Great business model, with a real desire to give back to the community. They are already successful, and on the verge of just blowing up with locations everywhere.

I've been there once for my fiances work christmas party. The food was pretty good. Went to the bar for some shots and it definitely looks like a great place to watch a game at. I just never got around to going back.

Good stuff, Chris. I think had this been the outcome at another board, the thread would have been deleted.
I'll be sure to check this place out sometime if I'm in the area.

They are apparently known for their brunch on Sundays...We went the other day(its from 11-2) and wanted something off reg menu...So, we just got wings, which are 50 cents each on the brunch menu...They were perfect.
Once 2 hit, we each got a sandwich...I got a fat guy sandwich...beef brisket, BBQ sauce, waffle fries, bacon and cheese...It was so freaking good...rather eat that than a burger and their burgers are really good.

I drive by the one in Perry Hall all the time, and I've always wanted to stop in and try it.
What exactly do they serve? Is it a particular style of barbecue?

It's good and all. But I actually think I prefer Famous Dave's to it. FD has much better sauces.
There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

This is 100% accurate.
The sauce differences are huge.

I agree with this but I don't have a FD close by. Mission is a nice fill in.It's good and all. But I actually think I prefer Famous Dave's to it. FD has much better sauces.

I'm not sure if they are still around or not but The Canopy is my favorite place like this.
Great food.
They are still around, and I went there a week ago and it was horrible.
