Celtics are hiring Ime Udoka as their next head coach, who most recently was a Nets assistant. Solid choice, and someone I'm surprised/disappointed the Blazers showed no real interest in, especially given his Portland roots.
Now this did not age well.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Celtics majority owner Wyc Grousebeck has announced his group is putting the franchise up for sale. Guess he looked at the future tax bills once they sign Tatum to a max extension and decided it's time to get out, with ring in hand.

When you're right 51% of the time, you're wrong 49%.

Like clockwork, Tatum and the Celtics agree to a 5yr/$314M extension. While the final year will be a player option, if he exercises it he will earn $71.4M.
