If Tillman pitched excellent over 4-5 starts, and really improved his peripheral numbers - I think he would have a chance.
If Tillman pitches 'good' like he has overall, over those 4-5 starts, and adds 4 wins, I also think he would have a chance. Maybe not with all of the other O's who seem like they will be making the team.

Tillman at 60 pitches through 3, but he's weaved his way through a tough line up and has pitched pretty smart, IMO. He's a gamer.
