Had a terrific outing tonight for Delmarva, 3.0 1 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 7 K

I don't look into numbers much, but he DOES have a 0.90 ERA.

Rutledge is a big framed, power LHP, that has swing and miss ability. His stuff is so good, although the command is off (like every other big power LHP in the world!). I have no clue why people are not talking about Rutledge, but he is a borderline top 10 prospect for me, and I am very excited to see what he can do once they potentially build up his stamina to go longer than just 3.0 innings at a time.

I think the bolded is your answer.  Not many people are going to get excited about a 21-year old reliever at low A.  Particularly one with a BB/9 of 4.5.  If he does indeed convert to a starter and is able to maintain the effectiveness of his pitches he'll shoot up peoples' lists quickly enough.

Yeah like Glenn mentioned, I think Lex is on people's radar but won't really get much helium until he shows he can do it as a SP. If I did a top 10 right now, I'd probably have him where I had Hader last year which was right around 9-10.
