Fourth best. Tillman has almost identical numbers, but he has more strikeouts, is missing more bats and is going slightly deeper into games.
His last two starts he has been better but the three before that were not.

Gonzo has been more consistent, Tillman more up and down.
Removing either from the rotation at this point isn't a serious option, IMO. Maybe if their next two or three starts go poorly, but not yet. I don't believe there is any serious discussions going on to do so. Maybe discussions about contingencies if things get worse, but not about acting on current results.

I think there very likely could be real discussions going on since it appears Garcia can opt out very soon. Garcia has been very good the last 3 starts going past 7 innings in all 3.
Totals in last 3 starts. 25.2 innings/4 ER/ 14 hits/12Ks/0 BB
Overall: 2.67 ERA/5 starts/33.2 innings/ 21 Ks/2 BB
Looking at all of this I think Garcia is pretty much forcing the O's hand here. He'll be called up in the next few days.
