I'm very pleased with the obvious desire from Duquette to improve (essentially begin?) the O's influence in Latin America. An Academy in Venezuela is something that many of us have suggested for years.
If Mora's playing career is over, I'd like to see the O's bring him back into the organization and make him their de facto Venezuelan Ambassador.

It is awesome that Duq is finally putting a focus on our international efforts. It might take a little while to really enjoy the fruits of our labors, but if Duq does nothing else during his tenure with the O's, he's made some good progress in this department.
