8 runs on 6 hits. Don't see that very often. Three of those six hits were homers.

Unreal!! What a win for the Orioles, and Flaherty made a nice single! Glad to see he got a hit, and hopefully it translates into more. Time to get the mojo back, and take this series!

I think it's because I was kinda bad-mouthing Flaherty and Machado before their at-bats. Hey, whatever works! lol

I think it's a location thing.

 

Gonzalez was 2-0 in New York last year, only 4 ER over 13.2 innings.  Tillman's got a career 9.95 ERA in 5 starts at Yankee Stadium.

I think it's a location thing.

 

Gonzalez was 2-0 in New York last year, only 4 ER over 13.2 innings.  Tillman's got a career 9.95 ERA in 5 starts at Yankee Stadium.

 

Yeah I thought the same thing happened down the stretch last year where they switched 2 guys around to keep Tillman out of Yankee Stadium. Gonzalez and Jake are our two best Yankee pitchers.
