Bears sitting pretty in the next draft. Could have two top 3-5 picks.

Some concerns about Reich possibly getting fired down in Carolina, only halfway through year 1.
Are they going to be the new Browns where they fire the coach and/or GM every 1-2 years when there isn't instant success?
Tough for a rookie to succeed when you trade away the best playmakers.

Ill let Ricker handle this one

Reich should absolutely be fired. It's unreal how poor a job he's done. Bryce is about 10% of his college self, it's truly pathetic. He had a big say in the roster construction. They draft a rookie QB 1.01 - but neglect his OLine, neglect his TE (safety blanket), and his best WR is Adam Thielen. Also no running game. WTF is that?
Bryce's ADOT is 6.1 yards. The NFL has passed Reich by. A couple solid years in Indi fueled by JTay has buoyed Reich's resume, but he's gotta go.

If they fire Reich, they'll be on their 4th coach since the start of the 2022 season.

Agree with most everything you said here (Oline, etc).
As far as the NFL passing Reich by? IDK. He was the OC for Philly when they won it all in '17. He got a lot of credit for their run then.
He might be a fine guy schematically (him and Kelly used to work with Marchibroda on the Bills offense during their SB years); but that doesn't make you a leader of men.
Meaning I imagine he could still help teams in some capacity, but he might not be the guy to galvanize a group.
(Zero idea of how he is in meetings with his coaches, players individually, and in groups. How he interacts with the FO, etc. Haven't paid attention to how he deals with the media.)

Scary times for former Raven Hayden Hurst. Post traumatic amnesia stemming from a concussion 4 weeks ago. Means he could be “having trouble forming new memories, possibly remembering old ones.”

Terrible.
All my best to this young man.

Here’s the board for anyone interested. Kinda crazy to look back on it.
1st round:
Bijan
ARich
Bryce
Stroud
Gibbs
JSN
Addison
Quentin Johnston
Kincaid
Flowers
Charbonnet
Levis
2nd Round:
Achane
LaPorta
Jayden Reed
Kendre Miller
Roschon Johnson
Michael Mayer
Rashee Rice
Marvin Mims
Josh Downs
Tank Bigsby
Jonathan Mingo
Hendon Hooker
3rd and 4th rounds literally one player taken has made an impact in fantasy thus far. Tank Dell. Who I took late in the 4th round.
Yet you see dynasty managers trading for 3rd and 4th round picks constantly and they’re generally useless.

Feel like you at least have to give him this year to see if he can pop. What do you really have to lose?

Don't know much about Carolina's team, but a season and 2 games seems like a short leash to bench a guy you mortgaged your franchise for. They didn't seem to give him much help last year.
Feel like you at least have to give him this year to see if he can pop. What do you really have to lose?
I agree. Unless they’re worried about completely shattering his confidence — but benching him might do that regardless.
I’d leave him in there

Carolina went out there and got Canales, Legette, Diontae, Jonathan Brooks, and upgraded their offensive line - all to get Bryce Young on track. Who they sold the farm to acquire. And 2 games into the season, it's Dalton time?
The NFL is crazy isn't it? Makes me feel good about myself.
