How many fouls are they going to call on MD? All of the Terps scoring is coming inside... yet MD has just 3 foul shots.

The officials from the Kings/Lakers Game 6 game in the 2002 Western Conference Finals think this officiating is a little unfair.

And yes, MD has gotten the bad end of numerous ref calls this year. It's by no means the biggest reason fir their struggles this year but simply put the game has been called differently on numerous occasions at the two different ends of the court.


I have zero doubt that in some way that has to do with MD leaving the ACC. I'm not saying some directive was sent down to screw over MD but on some level, sub conciously or whether it be close 50/50 type calls MD isn't getting their fair share. It's why I really hope we can get out of the ACC before next year.

Actually I think Maryland's effort here has been real good. Still wasted trips but they are competing. The one sided ref job has gotten their fight going here.

F Faust and Mitchell. They're respectively a soph and freshman and I swear they're already the leaders in MD history at missing bunnies at the rim.

Seriously, the number of off the ball fouls that have been called is absurd! I don't want to make excuses for these guys, because they've been average at best, but this is 10+ point game in an evenly officiated game.

Really surprised Dez didn't get called for the Offensive foul there.

Nice job by the Terps facing adversity at the beginning of the half and coming back. Good Game by Wells and a nice job stabilizing the ball by Howard.
