Lot of NBA scouts will disagree.

Partly his fault and partly blame to lack of PG and passing.

They are wrong. Not surprising that some will be enamored by his size and athleticism, but he will be very bad in the NBA as currently constructed.

Very true about the PG play hurting him. Though that's no excuse for his oafie, poor defense.

That's enough for the NBA though. I think if Alex were to stay another year or two at MD, his draft stock would be lower, even if he ends up being a more polished player coming out.

Gary would have sweated through two jackets today. Its games like this where I miss him getting in the players faces for some awful play, and tearing the refs a new one.

The difference in this game is Quinn Cook. He sets the table for everything Duke does. On time and precise passing and finishes when D drops back to help inside.

Maybe Roddy Peters provides some of that next year.

This is why K is the GOAT. They always have a target on their back, yet rarely ever lose consecutive contests. MD really wanted this one. They played with a lot of energy and passion but made a ton of mistakes.

Now they're just getting embarrassed. I'd empty the bench if I were Turgeon. Nothing to be gained here.

They aren't winning any games in the B1G either when they play defense like this.

Today's loss was expected, if not guaranteed. Absolutely hated the defensive showing though. No excuse for that under any circumstances.

Wednesday at FSU is a huge game. Hopefully the memory of that ugly choke-job against them 3 weeks ago is a motivating factor, and the Terps can steal one on the road.

Good point about the lack of adjustments. Would like to know more about Allen's infraction.

Well, it won't seem any better when they're making trips to Indiana....every bit as arrogant and self-entitled as Duke. And wait until you get a load of some of those schools during football season. But, the paycheck and the end of ESPN3 will make it all worthwhile, at least.

The Box Score says Mitchell had just 13 minutes (Cleare 16, with 4 fouls). Kind of hard to understand, based on the effectiveness Mitchell was having.

Len had 6 FG attempts. Howard had 5. That makes you shake your head.

Len does not inspire confidence with the ball in his hands, IMO.

I think Kellogg had a valid point. With limited consistent touches, everything is not as smooth as you would like. Sometimes when he does get it, it's forced.

Obviously MD has trouble getting the ball to him inside. Len also has to do a better job (similar to what Mitchell did today) of just finding his own shots on offensive boards and put backs.

Len's hands could be better, as could his FT's.

Still think you have to find ways for him to touch the ball more, and make other teams guard him.

While his sub-par hands result in turnovers, Len does seem to be a pretty good passer. The rest of the team could do a much better job of movement when Alex has the ball to create some open shots that way.

Big guys must rely on their guards to get them the ball.

The simple entry pass is a lost art. There is no doubt that Plumlee is better, in part, because of Cook's improvement.

Len is at a disadvantage because of that.
