Any old timers remember Reggie Jackson the basketball player. That is who P reminds me of.
Only vaguely....he was a footnote with guys like King, Williams, Graham and manning on those teams. I do recall that the expectations for him in college were much higher than what he accomplished.

I saw him as a HS player in Philly and thought he was excellent. He went crazy on the weights and his body type changed and he lost his shot. P seemingly has done the same thing.Only vaguely....he was a footnote with guys like King, Williams, Graham and manning on those teams. I do recall that the expectations for him in college were much higher than what he accomplished.
Suliamon is playing out of his mind.

Did not realize hand checking was legal in NCAA.
We can bitch about Terps but Duke is playing well.

Yeah I'm having doubts about him too. That Kentucky game might end up being the zenith of his basketball career.

Poor game by Alex Len today on both ends of the floor.
I said after the FSU game when their 7 footer off the bench dominated him, Len is not NBA ready. I'm sticking to my guns, I don't care what the experts say. If he goes pro after this year, hell be out of the league in under four years, just like Jordon Williams.

His ball skills and instincts seem poor to me. No reason to be getting dominated by Plumlee like this.I said after the FSU game when their 7 footer off the bench dominated him, Len is not NBA ready. I'm sticking to my guns, I don't care what the experts say. If he goes pro after this year, hell be out of the league in under four years, just like Jordon Williams.

Lot of NBA scouts will disagree. He's just not all that good, IMO.
Partly his fault and partly blame to lack of PG and passing.

They are wrong. Not surprising that some will be enamored by his size and athleticism, but he will be very bad in the NBA as currently constructed.Lot of NBA scouts will disagree.

Very true about the PG play hurting him. Though that's no excuse for his oafie, poor defense.

As much as it's a good thing that the players get some rest, I really wish there wasn't a week layoff before the SB. I'm going to be bored out of my mind tomorrow.

He needs to work on getting a 10-15 shot, because with the way he plays around the hoop, he could be a star.Mitchell is still playing his ass off. Props to him....he'll be fun to watch the next couple years.
