Ed Reed and Bernard Pollard returning home for the ultimate prize. Ed Reed was really emotional about going back to NOLA for the ring.

"So in order for [Flacco] to get to the Super Bowl, they have to beat us, and we're not gonna let that happen once we get that close. So that's not gonna happen in this lifetime."

Anyone know what he's been up to lately?

A friend posted this on Facebook:

0 - Number of Super Bowls Tom Brady and the Pats have since they had to stop the videotaping practice that "didn't give them an advantage".

The Ravens simply aren't/weren't afraid of the Pats. The Pats usually get a big advantage mentally, especially at home, because of their aura. Teams fear the perception of Brady and this Pats team. Heck, as a fan, I was like that at one point 3 or 4 years ago. However, over the last 3 years as Baltimore has continuely played NE very tight, has really beat them up, and made Brady look very mediocre a number of times, all that fear goes away. I knew, just like the Ravens players knew, they would walk into NE and play them well.

BTW.... I was emotional last night for a bit. Was emotional because this team made me believe in so many positive human qualities. Faith, hard work, mental toughness, leadership, focus, resillency.

Seriously, this mainstream radio coverage is going to drive me bananas.

"There is no way the Ravens can win this game because their defense is too old and not good enough anymore."

Hey, the Ravens won. Joe Flacco must be pretty good!

"No, Joe Flacco only won because his defense is so good."

But look at all those road playoff wins. Most ever.

"No, he's done nothing. He's not nearly as good as those quarterbacks he just beat. THOSE guys are good."

Pretty sure Ray has never been married. If you're going to slam a guy on facebook, at least get your facts right, Anna.

I honestly cannot find another team in football, or even sports (exc. the Yankees) that is a bigger bunch of sore losers than the New England Patriots. Peyton Manning goes to congratulate Ray Lewis after a game; Bill Belichick refuses to comment.

The entire Patriots organization and their immediate families are just classless.

- Bill Belichick denies an interview postgame, probably because he is just a sore loser. As Sharpe mentioned, no other coach had ever done that with CBS.
- The constant whining by Tom Brady about how the defense should be penalized if he should touch him.
- Brady's wife complaining that the NE WR's are not helping Brady.
- Welker's wife, the Hooters girl, saying that someone else isn't a role model.
- Bill Belichick in general.
- Spygate

You see a lot of people mention that the Patriots is a very great organization and one that should be emulated by the other teams of the league. Frankly, I don't see it. Belichick is a sore loser who connives his way to wins. There are many many teams that I would love to emulate if I started a new NFL franchise. The New England organization is not one of them.

If a Raven had done what Brady did yesterday, the outpouring of "thug" comments and moral grandstanding would be deafening. Brady does it and people just shrug and say, yeah, that was a bit dirty.

Miss Hooters in 2005. I cannot wait to teach my future daughter about Anna Burns, who will certainly be her role model.

So she's a pair of 80's scrunchy socks and pantyhose away from being a stripper and she's talking junk about Ray's love life?

(My apologies to Hooters girls. I know, this economy, right?)

I think Bob Kraft is one of the better owners in the NFL, I can't say the same for the rest of the organization.

Completely classless statement coming from her. RL has his critics, fairly or unfairly, but that should be left to the media and fans NOT organization officials and their spouses.
