Recruiting is going to be insanely important. We need actual TALENT to compete in the B1G. I like this move.

Recruiting is going to be insanely important. We need actual TALENT to compete in the B1G. I like this move.
My only problem with this proposed move would be if Edsall wasn't retained, how much of a buyout is there? Also, would the next head coach feel pressured to keep him. I do believe that head coaches in any sport should get to choose their staff with management having a say.
All-in-all I think it's a good move however.
