I'm taking an "I'll believe it when I see it" approach to the Orioles being players in free agency.

I don't doubt that players would sign here if the offers are the best on the table, just that Angelos will allow the payroll to climb high enough to make signing some of the better targets out there make sense given the resources. There are several players out there who make sense if we can raise the payroll high enough, but aren't the best way of spending our money if we can only go to $90M or so.
