The big difference between us and the MFY is their OBP. Its significant.

You can thank Mr. Soto & Judge for that.  .433 and .425 respectively.

This is a big series but we are in a stretch where it seems like they all are.  The pitching matchups favor them.  Don't get swept and things will be okay  Let's have another series where Cashman and Boone complain about us tanking to build our team, while they struggle by with a 297 M payroll.

Let's go O's.

I hope the Orioles took note of Boston's nine stolen bases against the Yankees Sunday night, although I'm guessing it wasn't all the fault of Yankee catcher Jose Trevino.

Just for context, the last time the Yankees gave up nine stolen bases in one game was May 19, 1915, which was one week after the RMS Lusitania was sunk by a German U-boat.

A good part of that is Judge and Soto. Much of the rest of their lineup--save for Jose Trevino and Anthony Volpe--is under .300 OBP.

I wouldn't describe Gunner as underrated like they just did on the broadcast. I like this national perspective but I think Gunner's talent is well recognized.

LOL Cortes forgets to cover the bag. Of course, Ben Rice is a rookie, so perhaps he has to earn the right for the pitcher to cover 'his' bag?
