Worst/quickest Orioles stint ever?
Absolutely inconceivable to come in and walk every one when you lead by 11

Good arm, though. 98-100.
Rather kept Vespi up.

We left the game mid 7th when it was 7-0 to avoid the pending thunderstorms that never came.
I listened to the O's put four more on the board as we walked back to the garage, but holy crap following the game in the top 8 when Hyde put Vieira in the game was LOL-AF.
Question - this was our first time out to the park this year. Are there tap beers out in the CF rooftop bar? Cuz there was nothing in the concourse as far as I could see. Just hilariously overpriced cans.
The Ekiben cheesesteak roll was great, as was the Pat & Stuggs double cheeseburger.

34-18 on Memorial Day.
Last year we were 34-20.
Some perspective.

A lot more bitching this year. When I say this Im not solely talking BSL. Birdland in general. This place has its moments but there are a lot worse out there
Two very good teams?

I mean, ymmv, but in the aggregate teams that are expected to win have fans that demand more.

Good win. TB and TOR scuffling some with Sox in third....want to punch them and keep them off your back.
Everything this side of Vieira looked good today. Oooof on that one today. They showed him in the bullpen earlier in the game and he looked bored to be there. Maybe he should be bored somewhere else.
A non-Vieira shutout.

Is the dearth of pitching talent that pronounced at Norfolk that they even had to sign someone like Vieira? Geez. Other than that, great win. The Red Sox always seem to bring out the best in this team.

Give Hyde credit. He brought Vierra in so posters would have something to bitch about.

Sure, but that doesnt excuse some of the ridiculous takes.

I'd give Vieira another shot in a game that is not close to see what he can do. Have to think he's not as bad as he was today because that is maybe the worst pitching performance I can remember from an O's pitcher. Then again if they released him tomorrow I'd understand.

I don't think they will be giving up on him after 1 outing. He's literally the last arm out there for awhile. Would take a pretty swing and some consistency to get into a medium lev spots. June is tough though so they can't give a lot of leash with anyone.
