They need one of those games where everyone in the line-up gets at least one hit and they score 8-12 runs.  Outside of Adley, most have been struggling.  Mullins, in particular, is lost in a lost world.

Kjerstad is in left and Cowser is in center today. Should be interesting. Ced needs a day off.

For Cowser. Thought I just said that. The truth is there isnt a spot for Kjersted right now. I said that before he was recalled.

Mullins dont need days off at the pace he is getting them now. Kjersted needs to go for Hays ASAP

Get him a first baseman's mitt. 

 

His problem will soon become Mayo's problem. 

 

FTR - Cowser can handle CF well enough to spell Mullins (he's playing LF in Camden Yards for crying out loud). Just don't ask him to hit his cutoff man.

I didn't say terrible. I said worse than Cowser and Mullins. It's fine for a game here and there, but I think it's unlikely to be an overall improvement if its a longer term plan. Also doubt that it's something we'll see often. More confidence in Cowser's defense in CF than Kjerstad in LF at least at home.
