Take a picture of that one and caption it with Ugly Win. But hey, it wasn’t long ago wins were so hard to come by I’d have cracked open a beer to celebrate one like this. We’ve come a long way.

Nobody runs out groundballs anymore. Santander would have been safe the other day when he was jogging to first and then realized the pitcher was kicking the ball around and started running again.
I was referring to the infield hit in the ninth where the throw hit the runner. Mountcastle just looked at the ball as it rolled into RF.

Oh, ok. Missed that one.

The BP needs help, but maybe if Means, and Bradish find their way back, Irvin, Suarez and eventually Wells can stabilize the pen. Yesterday, was a nail biter, but a lot of good too. The best is Gunnar. He is starting to figure out left handed pitching. If that continues the sky is the limit for this kid. He is the total package. I have said before I think he will be the next Oriole to win the MVP. I really believe that.
Kremer was damn good yesterday. And once again, James McCann shows what a great catcher he is. Go Orioles!

Remember when someone said Kremer was a "bottom 5" SP in the MLB?

I don't get the Kremer hate. For a back of the rotation guy he's very good and even a decent no. 3. I don't understand why some people expect us to have 5 number 1 type pitchers. What team does.

People say a lot of things that aren't true.

NMS just put the NMS jinx on him. We know who to blame for his poor May
Kremer's advanced metrics still aren't great, but if he's your 4th or 5th best SP you're fine. He'll eat some innings, he'll keep you competitive more often than not. You'll also have your occasional clunkers.

Not sure exactly when it was, but I just saw a clip of Gunnar making a long throw from the OF grass to get a Bad Guy out at 1B...
Except for it not being a strike, that throw was very Belanger-like... which is very nice to see
