Just more crap that will be empty when Seattle is in town on a Monday.

The video and audio improvements are key imo.

If they put a bunch of bars and restaurants inside the stadium, who’s gonna want to spend $20 on a cheeseburger at John’s Buffalo Wild Wings in the parking lot?

• new video board
• maintenance so the stadium doesn't fall apart
• new concessions vendor

4. Do whatever you want with the rest since fixing the sound system should be relatively cheap and easy
