The rain should be out of the area sometime between 1 and 2. I don't know how dry they want it before giving the go ahead to start, but I would think they aren't going to delay it too long. The city is also bumping up against people who will start filtering in for the concert later and I'm sure MLB would prefer not to have this game compete with the Twins/Astros game which is scheduled to start at 4:45.
