How fitting that on this day Gunnar drove in the only run in a 1-0 game. Only thing that would have made it perfect was if he'd been playing 3B.

I went to a movie last night, and so made sure to avoid any spoiler material. Man, what an outing by Bradish again. Even though it was a (good season) late-season 1-0 game, I generally wasn't that tense. My first instinct was to tell Martinez to F off on that DP challenge and I was a little uneasy before Cano came in, but other than that, felt fairly calm. Cano slamming the door in their faces helped. I would have liked to see the offense cash in more, obviously, but this is the kind of game that, when done against high-quality opponents, helps bring home the hardware, as we know.
