You asked earlier about OF options (internal/external) for next year.
Hays aint going anywhere...Mullins, Cowser, Kjerstad. Who has the better arm between Hays, Cowser & Kjerstad? That's your RF. Not sure what to do with Santander. Mounty and O'Hearn are your 1B/DH - But having a C as your best hitter complicates things.
It's a good problem to have, but it will force Elias to move on from players. Particularly when a player's value on the trade market will far exceed his value on the bench.

Twice in my soccer coaching career I got teams to the state final. First time we lost having to go to penalties to a team we beat 3 times during the regular season by a combined 9-2.
The second time we lost 4-1 having been down 3--0 mid way through the first half.
The former was WAY tougher to take than the later. Too many what ifs. The later you just tip your hat to the other side., They were clearly the better team.
Lets get it done today and head to Oakland after winning another series.
