I couldn't sleep last night, so I tuned into the Denver/Minnesota game. The Joker put on a show. Pivotal game 5 he attacked Towns, Gobert and any other player they ran at him. 40 points and 13 assists. The Wolves threw everything but the kitchen sink at him and still got dominated. The man is on a completely different level.

As I said previously, Jokic is the best player since when LeBron was at the top of the league a decade ago. He's a historically great player!
Not sure how this is debatable, but an awful lot of haters were out and ready to pounce when Denver was down 2-0.

LBJ set the standard of no accountability. The rest of the league followed his lead. He did so much harm to that league for generations to comeLooks like Kevin Durant fired the Suns coach for a second consecutive season following Lebron's lead after he also fired his coach since it's never the "superstars" fault for playoff failures.
The sooner these clowns retire the better.

Never any accountability from that goof. Incredibly insecure and you damn well know it.
Lol ok.
What does it say about a 40 something year old to still be such a hater? I would have thought by now you'd move on and become at least somewhat fair and less trollish when it comes to him.
Now there is stuff to critique, but when you go so overboard it's not worth discussing.

Everything I say is spot on. Its not hating to hate. Guy is the most talented player to ever play the game. Doesnt matter. He is a stain on the sport. Needs to go away already
I mean that's absurd and is hating to hate. If you want to have a grown folk conversation sometime, let me know.
Until then, Jokic is fantastic and is very enjoyable to root for. I also have money on them to win the title, so go Nuggs!

Good Lord, I thought we were done with this stuff with bnickle gone.
Anyone wanna tell him?

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

There will be no repeat. Wolves over the Nuggets in 7. For a series that didn't feature many close games, it was an interesting one, though tonight's game was pretty dramatic with the Wolves overcoming a 20 point deficit early in the 3rd Qtr. Now Minnesota will advance to the conference finals for the first time since 2004, which was also the last time they even won a playoff series until this year.

I felt in the 3rd Quarter the Nuggets were just missing shots. In the 4th Quarter Minnesota's Defense revved up and the offense was locked in, And when they did miss shots they usually got offensive rebounds. That and being in the penalty early helped.

Coming back from 20 down, and winning without Edwards having a great scoring game was impressive.
I love Edwards' competitiveness, and his desire to play to defense. He made an impact, even without the shots falling.
