4-7 since winning the series in NY.

 

Judge is going to be out anywhere from 10 days to 2 months. It'd really be unfortunate to not put some distance between these two teams during his absence. Forget the Rays. The O's will not make the necessary moves to justify a reasonable expectation to win the division.

He won the CYA in 2021 and finished top ten two other times in his four years since he's been a SP. Dude's a straight-up stud.

Yup. Sometimes you'll get lucky and a guy like him is off but more often than not he's gonna beat you like a rented mule. Even worse with half your lineup has non-regulars playing.

As BaltB24 said, this makes last night sting more.  You win last night and this is just one of those nights.  Lose the clsoe one then this and it feels worse. Stop the bleeding tomorrow.

If there's a silver lining, they're getting blasted 10-0 and we're only using 2 pitchers and neither is a position player

You need to get Mateo to the bench more than you need to upgrade from Hicks to Cowser. Unless Mullins is out for another six weeks, that is. 

 

Mateo is absolutely deadweight. Turn him into a PR / late inning defensive replacement.
