You have to score runs when you have bases loaded and less than 2 outs. They didn't do it last night although it didn't hurt them but they did it again today.
They need to do better with RISP.

Not when you're 1-8 with RISP. I don't know where they stand in that department statistically but it has to be one of the worst in baseball. It's a tribute to their pitching staff that they've continued to win despite the futility but they really need to add another bat who can drive in runs. And for the record, McCann is the latest in back up catchers who can't hit worth a shit.

The O’s are now 16 games through their 28 game May gauntlet.
They’re 9-7 during that time. It could be a lot worse.
