Man Torkelson stinks at everything, huh? Easy meat at the plate with a good throw.

Need to see the replay....Mounty must have gotten a huge lead or running start cause I thought he was going to be out at the plate but wasn't even close.

Well ok talk about not holding the runner. Let him get too big a lead thanks!

Hell yeah make them throw you out at the plate. Throw perhaps beat him but it was offline.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

Wasn't top Felix but not a bad outing. Weak ground ball for the first hit. Bad job holding runner. K, ground out, ground ball single.

The sloppy job holding the runner is the only part that bothers me. He pays attention and the run can't score.

Hes gotta start doing a better job of holding runners in 1 run games. Teams are gonna take their chances running all over him. Washington also got the tying run in scoring position immediatedly after a singe

Beat up on the bad team and play .500 against the others and youre gonna be right there at the end of the year. Thats not a unique formula. Lots of teams in the expanded playoff era get in just feasting on weak teams and holding serve otherwise.

Frazier's contact skills should be beneficial here

Reading the game thread the next morning and seeing that Mackus is some kind of sorcerer.

He got a secondary lead of over 18 feet.

Plus, according to one of the metrics (can't remember which one), Mountcastle is just behind Mateo as the 2nd fastest on the team.

2023 Sprint Speed

I wouldn't use the term "right behind Mateo", but he is second on the team right now (Mateo first).  RM is also the fastest 1B if you believe Statcast approach.  Someone should ask Ced if he's OK.

He’s quicker than he looks but I doubt he stays that high very long.
