Glorious day as the new Top 25 poll comes out, and North Carolina is the biggest mover up, and Duke is the biggest mover down!

Might not last, but I'll enjoy this for sure!

So I was "scouting" Penn State for Weds (considering going) and, wut, Wahab is in State College now?

This is his fourth team (GTown twice).

Guy moves more than a UHaul truck.

They have 2 UNC transfers, Puff Johnson (Cam's brother) & DeMarco Dunn, I had moderately high hopes for both of these guys,  but they're just not very good. Puff plays hard though.

If my last name was Johnson I don’t think I’d go by “Puff” but that’s just me.

Super excited for another slate of College Hoops tonight. One game I'm looking forward to right off the bat is Villanova at Kansas State. Kyle Neptune's team running through Atlantis like it's nothing, while also finishing last in the Big 5 at 0-3 definitely wasn't something I had on my bingo card to start off this season.

Wake Forest gets a massive boost with LSU/ Gonzaga Transfer Efton Reid being ruled eligible. Deacs picked up a massive win over Florida last week in the ACC/SEC Challenge and are the only team in College Basketball with 4 different guys averaging over 16 points per game. With Reid now in the max and sharpshooter Domari Monsanto getting healthy, this is the time for Steve Forbes team to make a big dance for the first time since 2017

Think UNC at 10 is a little bit of a reach by the voters, but they will have a chance to prove me wrong against UConn at MSG tonight.

Tough one for my guys, they played well most of the game, but as usual, needed to be tougher on the glass.

Gauntlet type schedule, with Villanova, Arkansas, Tennessee, Florida State, Connecticut, Kentucky, and Oklahoma all in a row, I was hoping for 5-2 at best, so we'll have to win the next two for that to happen. Will be tough, but it's doable.

Definitely doable. Oklahoma is starting to get my attention. They have looked great.

While there is still plenty of time to figure things out, Duke hasn’t looked like anything close to the team that many expected had the most pure talent in College Basketball in the preseason.

And if they get run out of the gym by more than double digits again early in the NCAAT, the knock on them will be they are a reflection of their coach. One of the greatest things about this sport is that all the talent in the world might not matter if they’re up against a better coached team with half the talent.

Yep. It’s what has me so on edge about the Terps this season. Like, wtf?

Duke will be fine, just sometimes take a bit when you're constantly trying to bring new players into the system, especially with a 47 year old veteran like Jeremy Roach still running things!

I really shouldn't joke, with my team having two 25 year olds in the starting lineup, but still, gotta take a shot when I can.

So, this Juwan Howard situation is interesting. He apparently had an altercation with Michigan’s strength and conditioning coach during a team practice last week. There were reports of punches being thrown, but it’s unclear whether those are accurate or not.

There’s a university review underway. Howard is still under a “zero tolerance” policy instituted by Michigan after punching a Wisconsin assistant coach during a game last year.

Needless to say, it doesn’t seem like those anger management classes did much good.
