I think it’s more important here, at least for the big east conference, is the fact that it looks like they will be renewing their contract with Fox after it expires next year.

I think it’s more important here, at least for the big east conference, is the fact that it looks like they will be renewing their contract with Fox after it expires next year.

 

I think it's more important here, at least for the Big Ten conference, is the fact it gives the conference an opportunity to save face by avoiding so many of those silly first round knockouts they suffer. Now they get to play in an exhibition tournament!

Kentucky got bounced from the NCAAT in the first round two years ago and in the round of 32 last March. They’re most certainly not overrated with a preseason rank of 16th.

With the First AP Top 25 Officially Dropping earlier this week I have some thoughts on so e overrated/ underrated teams.

 

Overrated- Texas A&M, Baylor, Villanova, Alabama

 

Underrated- Tennessee, Saint Mary's, Texas

 

I also would have had Wisconsin, Maryland and Auburn ranked in my Top 25 while the AP Poll did not.
