Najarian has experience and is far better than a typical walk-on.

That could have been a disaster.

MD with a FG attempt... good from 33... MD leads 17-0.

Refs missed a blatant pass intervened on that third down throw.

They go right down the field and score to begin the 3rd.  Complete control.

This is exactly the type of performance you wanted to see today. Absolute domination.

Taulia throws a TD pass to Jeshaun Jones, and it’s 37-0 Maryland.

Tagovailoa has now thrown more TD passes than any QB in Maryland football history.

Maryland wins, 37-0. The last time they shutout a conference opponent came in 2008 against Wake Forest (the first game I ever attended!).

They’ve won seven regular season games for the first time since 2014, and have a chance to win back-to-back bowl games for the first time since 2002-03. Their postseason destination will be revealed next Sunday.

If only they could've handled business against Purdue and upset one of Michigan or Ohio State and not been embarrassed against Penn State.

Typical Maryland season. Beat the teams they should've beat, didn't get any big upset win, though they did play surprisingly competitive against Michigan and Ohio State.

It isn’t typical. It’s a little better than typical. But they will find themselves in an interesting position here soon. At some point you gotta think they’ll wanna have a true breakthrough season, and I’m not sure Locksley has that in him. But I think for now, this type of performance is embraced. Even by me. Proud of them this year, they were largely fun to watch, with a few duds. The Purdue game still kills me more than the PSU, UM or OSU games.

A year ago tomorrow you said:

They'll beat Buffalo and Charlotte pretty handedly. SMU will be their "wow, maybe they are different this year" win. Then Michigan will annihilate them, they'll lose competitive, but close games to Purdue and Indiana, then get smoked the rest of the way aside from a close win against Rutgers. 4-8

The Purdue game was there for them, and I think they should have won that day.
They shouldn't have been blown out by Penn State, that's irritating too.

But back-to-back years in a bowl.  7 wins last year, possible 8 wins this year.

Go win the bowl.

Go finish your recruiting class, and be strong there.
No regression next year, regardless of who's back.
