I just can't imagine the plan was for Bautista to setup to Hall. Only possible thing in favor of that is that the meatier part of the lineup was due in the 8th.

I think its possible. He hasnt tried to get 6 from him other than the Toronto game right?? No need to do it now considering we are out of everything. Only threw 15 in the 8th. I think its possible he was lining Hall up for the 9th. IM sure someone asked postgame.

Mackus I think you got it right. The toughest part of the order was coming up in the 8th. I think Hyde recognized that and planned on doing just what he did. Smart to me.
