I'm not watching. Did Urias get hurt? Or pinch running Mateo for him made sense even though he's 3-3 with a homer and a triple?

I fell asleep before Mateo pinch ran for him. So I don't know the exact situation when that occurred. However, Urias was a bit dinged up when he tripled. His slide into third was awkward. While he stayed in the game, he limped off the field when he was thrown out at the plate after another awkward slide.
