The mountain don’t give up much…that’s unfortunate.

Damn. He’s getting hot just as we want to trade him.

I think he has been pretty good, and also good in the clutch.

Good Guys lose again.

The hitting is struggling.

Outside of the 9th inning rally Friday night, the Orioles made one of the worst pitching staffs in baseball look like a collection of Cy Youngs all weekend. And if this team wants to become good, they need to learn how to win consistently on the road.

There are going to be stretches like this.  It is baseball.  The Orioles are a much better team but they are not a power house.

The BP is the heart of the team.  They have been worked incredibly hard.  Today it showed, but aside from Santander, we did not hit much this series or the TB series.

I mean good teams lose 2/3 to bad teams all the time. But at this point in the season it’s critical to take series against bad teams if not sweep them. Otherwise we’ll find ourselves looking up at the WC very quickly.

The issue at hand is Cinci has professional baseball players who want to perform well and win too. Drury is having a really nice year. Cinci has been quasi hot these past several weeks. I believe with today’s win, they’ve won 4 out of their last 5 series. Annoying, but time to move on to Texas.

I thought it would take a 3rd straight loss before Sean jumped off the bridge

Reds have played 500 ball since the end of April, so they aren't as bad right now as their record looks. No shame in dropping 2, but plenty of frustration.

Cincinnati's pitching stinks and you shouldn't look that feeble at the plate against them. If you lose two out of three by scores of 9-8, 8-7, that's a little more understandable.

I think Elias is going to put the playoffs out of everyone's mind in the next 2 days.   Even if he does not, it is a long shot.

Go 4-2 over the next 6.

Not sure what would constitute putting the playoffs out of our minds IYO. Ill stay with my belief that only Santander has a better than 50% chance of being moved. Tate would be my #2 most likely

I have tickets for the 5th and 6th against Pitt.  Can they be 2 of the 4?

I think we are going to see Trey and Santander moved, and that ends the dream IMO.

Bad series loss. They might have justified being sellers even though it'll never come out that way. Definitely opens up room for doubt and that's not good.
