The announcers sorta whiffed on why a catcher with such a lousy CS% managed to nab Mullins. The fastball that was about 18” above the strike zone meant the catcher had to standup, thus eliminating the pop time.

Depends on what your expectations are. He's a 30 yr old journeyman with no future, who has been finding ways to keep the Os in games.

He didn’t have it tonight. TBH, I don’t pay for cable back home so unless I alter my DNS so that I can game MLB.TV into thinking I’m logging on from say, Schenectady, NY I’m pretty much shutout of MASN broadcasts. I’m down in Florida visiting my parents. Now, the only games that are blacked out on my MLB.TV subscription are Marlins games.
