Get a DP ball.

Kramer gets the 4-6-3 DP and escapes a bases loaded jam.

Ray is good but at times he acts like an ass on the mound.

Bautista better stop leaving splitters up in the zone as much as he does. He's been lucky he hasnt been touched up more.

If only Mateo could be just a slightly less than average hitter.
There's been some great bad ball hitters down through the years but Mateo isn't one of them. The guy just swings at everything. EVERYTHING. You could probably roll the ball up to home plate and he'd swing at it. He does give the team speed and can steal you bases but he's just a lousy hitter.

I don't think I've seen any of Kremer's innings since he was recalled but its very refreshing and satisfying that he's been able to bounce back from whatever funk he got himself into last season and have some success. Hopefully he can find a way to sustain it. The talent was legit, not an uber-prospect with front-of-the-rotation projection but he throws hard and has a good curve and was a guy that if things break right you could see becoming a solid starter. Similar to Bradish.
I don't have much opinion as to whom I think is the most likely of the third tier of pitching prospects (every pitching other than 1st tier Rodriguez and 2nd tier Hall) will progress enough to become a good pitcher. But not every starting pitcher in the league was a top-100 prospect, so certainly gotta hope we can find some production from this group.

I actually think it is bad news when he hits a home run. Now to explain, my ridiculous statement. His swing on the best days is too long. After he gets one, its gets longer. The guy could ground ball his way to .260, if he stopped trying to hit everything 420 feet.

He has some Jorge Julio in him.
