I dont feel like searching out individual players to make posts. Will just drop anything that happens as the season progresses here. Whether its a quick update or a longer post.

Velez was cruising through 4.2. Blew up with 2 outs in the 5th. Gave up 4 runs and was pulled before he could complete the inning. Ruined his outing.

Wanted to note that 3 early 2021 draft picks are off to great starts at Aberdeen.

2nd round- Conor Norby .910 OPS
3rd round- John Rhodes 1.006 OPS
4th round- Donta Williams 1.056 OPS

PS: Cowser is still striking out way too much. Has at least 1 k in every game and has struck out in 40+ % of his PA

Think he’s still getting used to some changes made to tap into more power. Not worried.

He shouldnt be striking out at this rate. Surely the rate will drop but hes an advanved college bat playing at high A. He was my guy. It was him or Watson for me so Im in his corner. Understanding its a SSS, Im still baffled.

Who will be the next player we should be excited about to get called up?

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

Bradish or Vavra.  Excited may be overstating it for either guy, especially Vavra, but interested at the very least.  Stowers probably needs an injury to Hays or Santander to get promoted earlier than those two.

Rutschman, too - he'll probably be up in a month or so.

I hope so, but I worry that with this delay he's already had that by the time he's healthy and has had 2-3 weeks of game time that they're going to be too intrigued by the idea of keeping him down just a little bit longer to have a shot at avoiding Super-2 status.

Besides the obvious big 3 the next guy a more casual fan should be looking forward to is Westburg. Some will say Stowers. Im excited for guys like Vavra, Bradish, Nick Vespi. See what they got.

Even Bannon and Nevin. If Nevin is playing a decent 3b he should be up now. See what that bat can do.

I don't have any expectation for Jones, Bannon, or Nevin to be MLB players.  But its really pretty much impossible to think of an option that's less worth watching than either Gutierrez or Odor.  So, sure, lets see them.

Guiterrez and Owings can hit the bricks. Odor has just enough qualities I see the Os wanting to keep around for a bit. Vet leadership, solid defense, LH stick with some pop.

Can already touch 94-95 at 18 and its not a flat fastball. Can spin the ball really well, just needs to throw the off-speed stuff in the zone for strikes more often. Very exciting high ceiling arm.

Really encouraging thing is all of these offenses keep coming. Every one of the clubs. If they are down 3 or 4 runs I absolutely expect them to make a push. Already tonight Aberdeen has made a big comeback. Norfolk was down 4 or 5 and has tied and is threatening. Bowie had 12 runs through the first 2 innings. Delmarva had 7 in the 1st

Gonna be a sweep on the farm tonight. Nice comebacks by Norfolk and Aberdeen. Bowie put up 20 runs. 8 in the first. 8 in the 8th.

Highlight Haskin who went off in his return to the lineup. 3-5 with a Grandslam. 6 RBI. Hitting a cool .571.

Also wanted to note that these guys all seem to have swag. They're all confident.
