Avg 4 seam 96... have seen him hit 100 a few times recently, after starting the year more 93-94. 

Know people aren't impressed, and I can't say he's a guy I definitively believe in....  but he's been more solid than not. He's definitely helped this year.

His uptick in velocity and effectiveness has me intrigued. I’m a fan of the money ball approach for the bullpen. No reason to write him off IMO.

He needs to chill with the antics. Mostly cause I dont think he would do that if he just struck out Aaron Judge. But also because you know hes Bryan Baker.

Fastball changeup combo. The poor mans Bautista. Which yeah, can still be a solid RP.

Keep looking at AAA for any hope for an arm to use up in Baltimore. Baker sure isnt giving any hope. He gave up 4 runs, 4 hits and a walk in 0.2 last night. All unearned but I dont care. When you give up 4 hits and a walk in an inning thats terrible. His AAA ERA sits at over 5.00 and the terrible outing from last night doesnt count against that ERA at all because of 1 error

Similar to Baumann, he doesn't seem to trust the fastball.

One of my favorite Breweries:  Mobtown made a beer named after him this summer.  It's a great beer, that's about the only good thing I like about Baker

I was just making a joke on the fact that they can't seem to quit Baker.  I have no inside knowledge at all that he'll be called up, but once they latch on to a guy frankly nothing they do surprises me.
