Thank goodness for McNaney, or this is a much different conversation. It wasn't an aesthetically pretty weekend by any means, but a natty is a natty, and I'm sure every GOAT team had to find a way to win at some point when they weren't at their best. Kudos, Terps.

Defense was fun to watch today. Just dominant and suffocating.
Well, for 3 quarters it was. From there on it was just great goaltending and hanging by a thread. They had no legs left, which I'm sure was mostly due to Saturday....that Princeton game was a slugfest, and the weather-delay shaved 3 hours off MD's recovery time before today.

Well I was camping most of the weekend and can't speak to Saturday's games. Got home in time for the second half today. Terps were able to hang on thanks to the D an d GK. Great job by the d getting their sticks up, timely checks and timely slides kudos to them.

You get to the end of just about any tournament and you're going to run into a team that's playing at a high level. Cornell played really well and was able to be really loose but MD just good enough on the day they needed to be. Not always easy mentally to win a game that everyone knows you're supposed to win. Good job by the Terps.
