Following their loss to Indiana over the weekend, Maryland remains in College Park and will host #13 Michigan State on Tuesday night. The Spartans currently hold a 16-4 (7-2) record, and enter this game as the third-place team in the conference. After winning their first five straight conference games, they've lost two of their last four to Illinois and Northwestern. They've followed each of those losses up with dominant victories however, over both Michigan and Wisconsin.

Tom Izzo's squad is very well-balanced, and currently boast the second-best defense in the conference behind Indiana. As a team, they're shooting 47% from the field and 39% from beyond the arc.

I said the same thing when we were a 1 point fav against Wisconsin. Granted, Wisconsin won but Vegas essentially had it right. It was a 1 point game.

 

That said, Id be happy to take State tonight.

If Sparty plays anywhere near the level they were at vs. Michigan over the weekend; they win by at-least 15 tonight. 

MD would have to have an exceptional 3 point shooting night, and get the line for 15-20 times to be in position to upset.
