At the team’s spring media day today, Locksley added that Jaishawn Barham and Caleb Wheatland are two other freshmen who have really impressed the coaching staff thus far.
Sounds like Andre Roye, Jr. has been very impressive in practices so far, and may work his way onto the two-deep as a true freshman. Reminds some of a young Jaelyn Duncan.

Following the departures of Demeioun Robinson and Darrell Jackson, Jr., this is my current projection for the Front Seven:
DE: 1. Greg China-Rose, 2. Tyler Baylor
NT: 1. Ami Finau, 2. Anthony Booker, Jr.
DT: 1. Mosiah Nasili-Kite, 2. Isaac Bunyun
SAM: 1. Jaishawn Barham OR VanDarius Cowan
MIKE: 1. Ruben Hyppolite II, 2. Ahmad McCullough
WILL: 1. Fa'Najae Gotay, 2. Gereme Spraggins
JACK: 1. Durell Nchami, 2. Zion Shockley
McCullough could also slide over to SAM on early downs, a position he's played before.

Sounds like the coaching staff has used the off-season to move Johari Branch to center full-time. He had some issues with snaps last summer, but shoring that spot up will allow Spencer Anderson to be the right tackle and Delmar Glaze to slide inside to right guard. My projected two-deep for the offensive line currently stands as:
LT: 1. Jaelyn Duncan, 2. Andre Roye, Jr.
LG: 1. Mason Lunsford, 2. Ja'Khi Green
C: 1. Johari Branch, 2. Aric Harris
RG: 1. Delmar Glaze, 2. Amelio Moran
RT: 1. Spencer Anderson, 2. Tommy Varhall

Maryland would owe Locksley 65% of the remaining value of the contract if they fire him, half of which would have to be paid within two months of the day they fire him.
