Don't know anything about him except he's got a very high ERA, walks a lot of guys, strikeouts a lot of guys, and gives up a fair amount of HRs.

Any waiver claim guy is going to have his warts. He looks like he could be useful if he fixes some issues. Most guys never fix their issues, but sometimes they do. Could be a Fry replacement. No options though.
