That was one of the knocks on him coming out. He had some concentration drops looking upfield before securing the ball. He's a great YAC WR, so unfortunately I feel like that is going to be something we have to learn to deal with. If he balances out the drops with big plays the way Brown does, it's a little easier to forgive.

I thought they would win but didn't expect anything like this from the defense.  Maybe Herbert was just off, that happens, but whatever the reason they completely shut him down.

12 rushes for 26 yards for the Chargers. 12 of those yards from Herbert.

I don't watch the game the right way to notice, and I'm not sure I'm smart enough to judge even if I were looking, but I imagine that Williams and Campbell and Madubuike will have very high grades from the people who watch film.

Will watch the recording tomorrow but heard the radio play-by-play and it sounded as decisive as the score.  I think the game ball should go to Wink for dialing up a brilliant game plan against Herbert.  It's obvious he was never comfortable, was pressured just enough to throw off his timing and looked more like a 2nd year quarterback than a future Hall of Famer.  Whatever the Ravens did defensively, it could be the blueprint going forward to defend the Chargers offense.  I did expect the Ravens to score between 30-35 points but wow, never would have imagined only giving up one touchdown. Hopefully, this will build their collective confidence and we've seen the last of their more retched performances.

Today was a lot of fun.  The game was really over in the 1st Q.  The defense looked terrific today, a few points.

 

Bynes started for Harrison and made a difference.  Harrison there came in for queen when Queen got banged up and did okay.

I thought PQ did better today, and showed some guts as he kept coming back.  I am sure he will be in the ice tub tomorrow.

Humphrey seemed to frustrate Williams today.

 

The running backs ran tough today,  

 

Tucker is just amazing.  I got there around 11:45 and watched the kickers battle a gusty wind, in the pre-game, I thought it’s Mary cause an issue.  Not for Tucker,

I honestly think the Ravens, remembered all the bragging and trash talking the chargers did after the playoff game in 2018.  They kicked the Chargers ass for 60 minutes today.
