I'll go against the grain and say I'm not a fan of taking a guy at #45, Top 15 talent or not, who appears unlikely to play a snap until 2023.

I think he sees the field this season. Just a gut feeling.

A torn Achilles is typically a full-year recovery, is it not?

Dallas just took a pass-rusher with character concerns. Shocker.

Character concerns and the Dallas Cowboys go hand in hand.

I think a lot of GMs are going to be unhappy they let Nakobe Dean sit on the board this long.

Cam Akers came back in 6 months. Suggs back in 9. Depends on the severity and how he heals.

I'd love him in round 3.

Who the F are the cheeky boyos and why did they announce a pick? That was brutal.

There was a twitter report that in addition to knee problems he also had a shoulder issue that he declined surgery on.  That might explain why he fell off some boards.

Almost no chance Ojobu sees the field this year. No training camp, a rookie, late in the season. All about '23 and beyond.

Rapoport said he’s “recovering nicely” and “should be ready by October if all goes well.” Which…seems optimistic but what do I know?

It's certainly possible. Brandon Graham was on WIP talking about his achilles injury. He said recovery all depends on how you tore it. Certain tears take different length of time to heal. His was a full rupture, on top of being older which slows the healing process. Some ruptures aren't complete tears, but are considered ruptures still. if it still has some of the tendon attached, it lowers the recovery time significantly.

So all depends on the type of ruptures Ojabo sustained. Plus he has age on his side, much like Akers.

If Rappaport reported that, on top of the Ravens feeling comfortable taking him in the 2nd, I imagine their is some truth to it.

Ojabo was reported to be pretty bad against the run, but advanced as a pass rusher. So I'd imagine if he does come back at some point this season, it'd be as a rotational pass rusher for '22-'23.

Surprised there hasn't been more talk about Travis Jones. They got Jordan Davis lite, physically, except he's a much better pass rusher. As this draft continues to come together, it looks better and better.

I'd like to see a corner drafted in the 4th. Tariq Woolen is still available, and he seems like a Ravens type prospect at 6'4 with a lot of potential.

No way we make 6 selections in round 4, is there? I would think we package some picks and make a move or 2.

Don't really see a lot of point in moving around within round 4.  I guess if there is someone left on the board they think has really slipped and shouldn't be available, they could do a 2-for-1 trade.  Even their lowest two 4th rounders should be able to be swapped for the 6th pick today, so by chart value they could pretty easily get all the way to the top if they want.

I think more likely to see is them trading a comp-4 for a future 4th or maybe even 3rd.

Absolute mammoth of a tackle. 6'8 384. Could be a good IOL.
