I truly hope it is a "state of the art, top of the line" facility. I say that, because the Angelos family has yet to be ahead of the curve, in any aspect of baseball operations. Fingers crossed.

From the CGI it looks very nice. I wonder if having among the best facilities serves as a selling point to help recruit/sign prospects down there, similar to recruiting for college sports here, or if it’s strictly about which club offers the most money.
