I can remember a lot of O's baseball, a lot of O's playoffs, and this win was incredible to me because it was so unexpected for them to even get to the post season. I was 100% against Saunders pitching tonight and I've never been happier in my life to be wrong. This is the first time since my son was 6 months old that he's been able to watch an O's playoff game and I am ecstatic that he gets to see more. Damn what a night.

Saunders damned near drowned in champagne. He was the picture of the crafty vet in Major League. He threw every POS he had at them.

So I get home last night from work only to learn that the internet has crashed and that crappy Verizon won't be out to fix it until Tuesday. Most reliable internet my ass!

The only bad thing about last night was not being able to share it with everyone here. This is going to haunt me, but at the same time, I should be good to go for the ALDS, ALCS and the WS so I'll more than be able to make up for it. My friends I had over were all going nuts with me all night - what an amazing win and a great night!!!

I'm sick that I missed this thread though. EFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a BaltBird sighting, a Moose sighting, and of course all the regulars, including Don who doesn't post in the game threads here much... which of course led to some Haiku... absolutely unreal. What an amazing thread. Took me a couple hours to read through it all this morning so I could take it all in, but this is the best 46 page thread I've ever read. Great job guys!
