Michigan has been screwed by the refs so far, but are still up by 8.

BTW, it's nice to see defensive effort, but with teams that can actually put the ball in the basket at a reasonable rate.

Look at you complimenting the low'ish scoring game! That's adorable. ;)

Holy God Michigan can shoot.

Kid averages 1+ PPG. Has 15 in 15 minutes and hasn't missed a shot.

Pitino looks like he shouldn't go outside when the sun is out.

I have a feeling Louisvillevcan adjust to the play of this Albricht kid.

For college, this isn't low scoring.   Even though it has dropped off since my post.

He looks like he wouldn't need all that much make-up to be an extra on The Walking Dead.

Yes, but for your taste, it is. Either way, I do think it's been an entertaining game so far.

Just never know who is going to rise up in a game like that...

True on both accounts.

BTW, there were a couple of good BS Reports recently discussing how poor college basketball has become. Even a lifelong lover of college ball agreed that it's reached a low point.

They need to either do away with the one and done rule or expand it to mirror the NFL. All these kids staying one year is bad for the sport IMO.

Hard to really argue with that... I was just giving you a hard time with that the other night. I still enjoy the tournament just as much though.

Mich is just the superior team. Burke out and still able to maintain and stretch the lead.

BTW....agree with Cerrano. NBA should be like the NFL. Make these kids stay in school for awhile. If not, just go back to letting HS kids in the draft. The 1 and done is killing college basketball.

The tourney is still fun, but I can't enjoy a lower level of play as much. And just to be totally clear, I'm not comparing it to the NBA, I'm talking about compared to past years of college basketball.

Btw I'm sure this has been commented on, but I can't freaking believe I'm watching Glenn Robinson's kid play in the NCAA title game. Where the hell did the last 17 years go??

It's not the NBA's responsibility to help college basketball. While from a quality of play angle, I'd be good with having guys stay in college longer (mostly for the NBA too), I don't think it's right on any level to force players to stay in college so their school and the NCAA can make money off them rather than they make money for themselves.

I don't think it's that simple. They may have slightly more talent but Louisville is much more well-rounded IMO.
