It makes me wonder how long we put up with what was, in actuality, a below average quarterback. Someone who was really a backup level player.And?
We blamed OC after OC for mediocre offenses, when in reality, it is likely that the real problem was under center.

Calling Flacco a backup level player is an incredibly bad opinion. Maybe at the very end after the injuries when you're hoping he can show his previous form. But throughout the bulk of his career he was a solid QB. Only way he's a backup is if there are only a fifteen or so teams in the NFL.
